Privacy Policy

What we process

Parents: phone number (for sign-in codes), display name, device and app details. Students: name, optional nickname, birth year, grade and target exam, subjects and source books, study logs (subject, topic, minutes, questions, correct and wrong answers), goals, badges, gold and reward records, theme preferences.

Voice is transcribed on the device; audio never leaves it and is not stored. The transcript is sent to an AI service to structure the log. The camera is used only to scan the parent's link QR code; images are not stored. We do not collect location, contacts, photos, health data or advertising identifiers. There are no ads, third-party analytics or tracking.

Who receives it

• Hosting: Microsoft Azure. During testing the server is in the United States; it will move to Türkiye during the release process.
• AI: transcripts and study summaries go to Anthropic PBC (USA), which does not train models on commercial API data. Only the voice and coach features use AI; manual logs are never sent.
• SMS: the parent's number goes to our SMS provider, EDE SMS (Türkiye), to deliver sign-in codes.
• Apple Push Notification service for notifications.

Retention and deletion

Data is kept while the account exists. Parents can delete their account or a child's profile in Koçum Veli; deletion is immediate and permanent. Only de-identified counters (AI cost and abuse prevention) remain.

Children

The student app works only with a link code created by a parent. Students never provide a phone number or email. No ads, no in-app purchases, and the reward system never pays real money.
